Sunshine PCS Corp. Announces Acquisition of Inter-Community

Nome, NDApril 1, 2010 – Sunshine PCS Corporation (“Sunshine”) announced that it closed the definitive agreement signed March 16 to acquire Inter-Community Telephone Company, LLC (“Inter-Community).

By combining a wireless company with a wireline company, Sunshine believes this acquisition capitalizes on the consumer trend of unified communication. Unified communications is the integration of real-time communication services such as instant messaging (chat), online availability status, telephony (including IP telephony), video calling and voicemail to text message conversion.

Sunshine will be known as ICTC Communications and plans to focus on the increasing use of broadband infrastructure and services to capitalize on strong growth trends in the state of North Dakota to explore new options.

Dave Ahl, Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine, stated, “ICTC Communications is interested in exploring joint ventures and possible acquisitions in the Fargo-Moorhead area for wireless infrastructure including fiber and microwave backhaul, cell base station power back-up and maintenance as well as content delivery to mobile devices.”

Keith Andersen, General Manager of Inter-Community, added, “The additional resources will help continue Inter-Community’s 60 year commitment to superior customer service and community involvement.”
