Sunshine PCS Corporation filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 9, 2010 to suspend its duty to file reports.

Restricted shares spun off from LICT Corp. If you hold paper stock certificates please take these paper stock certificates to your broker and convert these restricted shares to “street name”.

Sunshine was incorporated in July of 2000 and prior to December 31, 2003 Sunshine was in the business of developing its three personal communications services in Florida.  Sunshine sold three 15 megahertz C-Block personal communications services licenses (1.9Ghz) to Cingular Wireless, LLC. (Now ATT).
